The youngest city in the county — almost all of it built between the late eighties and the mid two-thousands, and a large share of it attached. Condominiums, townhomes and carriage units outnumber detached homes, which decides most of what we find.

Laundry lives in a closet rather than a garage, and that closet is the recurring theme: vents that run long and turn twice before they reach an exterior wall, drain standpipes at heights the machine did not expect, and no room to work without pulling the pair out first. The housing is also young enough that a fair number of machines are still inside a manufacturer warranty nobody has checked.
